Triad provides private mortgage insurance (PMI) to all types of mortgage lenders nationwide, allowing borrowers to buy a home with less than a 20% down payment. Triad became a publicly traded company in October, 1993 and is listed on the NASDAQ under the symbol TGIC.

 

Collateral Properties, LLC, a licensed commercial real estate firm, specializes in leasing and management of buildings owned by its affiliate companies. Spun off in 2004 as a subsidiary of Collateral Mortgage, LTD., the firm is staffed with industry veterans focused on providing outstanding customer service to tenants.
